Silicone Three - dimensional Hot Stamping In The Heat Transfer Process
Silicon heat transfer printing, also known as thermal transfer printing silicon gel, both the silicon gel, transfer printing glue, and hot melt adhesive, etc., first through the screen screen printing to high temperature resistant release film, and then with "hot stamping machine" back hot to the surface of cloth and other carriers.So, do you know the procedure of silicon thermal transfer printing?
Its operation steps are as follows:
1. Mix silicon gel according to 10:1, add 8-10% color paste, mix well, print on the transfer film, screen print once, bake until dry, until desired effect and thickness, color, etc., finally bake dry.
2. Evenly mix the silicon heat transfer coating glue according to 1:1, print it on the surface of the silicon, two knives at a time, wait for 5 minutes, and then bake it dry.Print twice, wait 5 minutes, bake to dry, and then print hot glue.
3. Remove the film, put it in the oven, bake at 80 degrees for 30 minutes, bake at 150 degrees for another 30 minutes, and transfer to printing after cooling.Press 150 degrees for 6-8 seconds.
